Pertamina EP seeks to conduct exploration and production activities are more progressive and targeted with high safety standards and quality of human resources competitive.

The company is based in Jakarta and now PT Pertamina (Persero) has had a 99.99% stake in Pertamina EP with the remaining shares owned by PT Pertamina Dana Ventura (PDV). has about 113,613.90 km2 working area under production sharing contract (PSC) spread in 5 assets, namely Asset 1 (Rantau, Pangkalan Susu, lyrics, Jambi, Ramba), Asset 2 (Adera, Limes, Hall, Prabumulih), Asset 3 (Tambun, Subang, Jatibarang), Asset 4 (Cepu), and Asset 5 (Bunyu, Tarakan, Sangatta, Sangasanga, Cape, Papua).

Attorney ( Legal-Att )
Requirements :

  • Background education in Law.
  • Have knowledge and understanding related to the Criminal Procedure including but not limited to the Criminal Procedure Code, the Civil Procedure Code, Arbritase, State Administrative Procedure Law, Etc.
  • Previous experience in handling 3 civil cases and 3 criminal cases.
Senior Contract Analyst (Legal-SCA)
Requirements :
  • Background education in Law.
  • Have knowledge and understanding in the preparation Contract Drafting, Legal Drafting, preparing and reviewing agreements, granting the Legal Opinion includes but is not limited to the procurement of goods and services cooperation agreement and / or commercial in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.
Compliance Analyst (Legal-Comp)  
Requirements :
  • Background education in Law.
  • Have knowledge and understanding related to Legal Due Diligence, good corporate governance (GCG), Risk Management (analysis and mitigation aspects of the law), and the Code of Conduct.
Legal Planning & Development Analyst (Legal-PDA)
Requirements :
  • Background education in Law.
  • Have knowledge and understanding related to Legal Due Diligence, good corporate governance (GCG), Risk Management (analysis and mitigation aspects of the law), and the Code of Conduct
  • Have a good skills in innovation, planning, analysis, and follow-up related to the needs of the organization and legal human resource development.
